Exchange & Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of skincare and fragrance products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.
Exchanges
- We allow exchanges only for unopened and unused products within 1 5 days of delivery.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours after placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
