Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of skincare and fragrance products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos as proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.

Exchanges

• We allow exchanges only for unopened and unused products within 1 5 days of delivery.
• Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours after placing the order.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
